Biography

I am an award winning Director and internationally published and exhibited Fine Art Photographer and I have a degree in Fine Art Photography from the University Of Kentucky. I was sponsored by Ilford for 5 years and my work has appeared in Camera Magazine, Creative Camera, Popular Photography, Graphis, Nerve, B&W, Photo Techniques and several Vogue Italia publications to name a few. Back in the 70’s I made it my mission to meet and study with my favorite fine art photographers via workshops and personal critiques. They included Ansel Adams, Robert Heineken, Wynn Bullock, Judy Dater, Ekioh Hose, Lucien Clergue and others. This combined with my college fine art training and 56 years making images about things and people close to me has given me a unique perspective on the world that I feel my work reflects.
